# ❓ How can i earn more credits?

A: You can earn more credits by:

Staying AFK on https://panel.orihost.com/store/credits.
Boosting our discord server.
Donating to us (every 1€ donated, we give you 1000 credits).

After you've done any of those, open a ticket on our discord server.

# ❓ I can’t log in to the panel. What should I do?

A: Try resetting your password using the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page. If you still can’t log in, contact support.

# ❓ Where can I see my current available resources?

A: Log in to your panel at panel.orihost.com, go to the Store or Resources page, look for a section on the top of the page. There you’ll see your current RAM, CPU, Disk and what’s available.

# ❓ Panel Says Online, Discord Says Offline. What does this mean?

A: The node hosting your server may be rate-limited by Discord due to too many API requests, this can cause delays or prevent bot messages, commands, and other actions. The rate limit will reset automatically once Discord removes the restriction. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to speed up this process. Please wait for the rate limit to expire.

You can always check out our paid plans here, as this rarely happens on our paid plans.

# ❓ Will my resources be refunded after my server got suspended?

A: Yes, your resources will be refunded when your suspended server is deleted. Your servers are deleted at a maximum of 5 days after it gets suspended.

# ❓ How can I get my server's server id?

A: Go to your server, and in the link, there should be some random text consisting of letters and numbers that is 8 characters long. If your server's link is https://panel.orihost.com/server/a1b2c3d4, then your server's ID is a1b2c3d4.

# ❓ How can I know my account's password if I logged in with discord?

A: If you logged in with OAuth2 (Discord registration), then you were given a random password. If you need to add a password to your account, then you'll need to do these steps:

Log out of your account in the panel.
Click on Forgot Password.
Input the email you have in your Discord account (if you changed it after registering on the panel, then you'll likely have to use the old email).
Submit the request, and you should get a mail sent to the email address you provided.
You can then follow the steps given in that email to change your password.

# ❓ There is no slots available. What should I do?

A: Our services are used by hundreds of people at a time. To ensure stability of the services, we limit the amount of servers that can be created on each machine. This means that once this limit has been reached, no one is able to create any more servers.

Unfortunately, we cannot manually increase the slots or make exceptions for a specific user. If you want to create a server but none of the locations have any free slots available, then you can wait from one day up to five days for slots to be freed.

Automatic suspended server deletion happens every day.

# ❓ What are the current limits for resources when creating a server?

CPU: 100%
RAM/Memory: 2048MB / 2GB
Storage: 3072MB / 3GB
Ports: 2
Backups: 2
Databases: 2

# ❓ What are the most common reason for server suspension?

A: Common reasons for suspension:

Hosting Discord self-bots or bypasser bots (breaks terms of service of third party services)
Breaking Discord's Terms of Service and/or Developer Policy by spamming requests, sending mass-dms, etc. (breaks terms of service of third party services)
Constantly using maximum resources (cpu, ram, etc.)
Making excessive amounts of network requests
Breaking our TOS

# ❓ Can I create a database?

A: Yes, on your server go to Databases tab, click “Create Database”. Use the shown credentials.

# ❓ Can I backup my server?

A: Yes, go to the Backups tab, Click “Create Backup”, you can download or restore it later.

# ❓ What's an egg?

A: An Egg is a server template (like Python, Node.js, etc.) that sets up the right environment for your bot.

# ❓ Can I host Minecraft servers?

A: Yes, you can host Minecraft servers using our paid services, however on our free services, hosting Minecraft servers is prohibited.

# ❓ Do you guys offer VPS Hosting?

A: Yes, we offer VPS hosting for as cheap as €2.99/month. You can view our VPS Hosting plans here.
